In 2005, Sterimar came to Viet Nam and quickly became one of the most famous brands to customers.

CPC1 saw that this is a potential product and we want to follow innovator - Sterimar and want to receive success like that. After that we launched Nebusal Isotonic 0.9%. It is the same 99% with Sterimar. However, this product failed completely and there was no item that was bought by customers. 

After that failure, we didn’t stop, we continued to find the reason why we failed and we realized that Vietnamese customers had no habit of cleaning their nose everyday. They don't have the habit “prevention is better than cure”.

We started researching the market carefully and launched 3 items: Nebusal Hypertonic 2.3%, Nebusal Hypertonic 1.9% and Nebusal Hypotonic 0.65%.

After launching, the 3 above items received positive feedback from customers. And Nebusal series fastly asserted its position in the market and earned large sales for the company. And there is a fun fact here is that Nebusal Hypertonic 2.3% is the best selling and has the highest sales. It is explained that children always are like a star in each family. As you know, children are very sensitive and it is easy to be attacked by outside factors like climate change, baterias or so on… especially when children has problems with their nose, it can be affect their ears, throats and lungs because ears - noses - throat has a strong connection with each other. Therefore, as long as the child has very small symptoms, parents will immediately go to the pharmacy and find solutions for their children. And that is the reason why Nebusal Hypertonic 2.3% is the best selling.

With the slogan “Not to be conceited in victory and discouraged by failure”, after the success of the 3 above items, we continued to research and develop a new item. It is Nebusal Coleus Spray.

Following the Unilever Strategy, we launched Nebusal Coleus Spray. With this item, the main ingredient is Coleus Herb (traditional herbal for runny noses in Viet Nam). Coleus Herb is very famous for treating the runny nose of children when they catch cold. We don’t waste no money on marketing for this item because parents trust this product very fast in virtue of coleus herb’s image in the product.
