Piracetam is indicated to:
- Symptomatic treatment of psycho-organic syndrome with characteristics improved by treatment such as: Memory loss, attention disorders and lack of motivation.
- Monotherapy or combination therapy in myoclonus due to cortical causes.
- Treatment of dizziness and accompanying balance disorders, except dizziness of vasomotor or mental origin.
- Preventing and relieving acute thromboembolic attacks in sickle cell disease.
Children
Piracetam is indicated to:
- Treatment of dyslexia, combined with appropriate measures such as speech therapy.
- Preventing and relieving acute thromboembolic attacks in sickle cell disease

Treatment dose varies according to disease condition
