Eye drops solution

Reduction of intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with chronic open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension who have inadequate response to topical beta-blockers

Recommended dose: 1 drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart. If more than one eye drop is used, the different drops should be instilled at least 5 minutes apart.
As with any eye drop, to reduce systemic absorption, pressure should be applied to the lacrimal sac at the medial canthus (punctal occlusion) for 1 minute. This should be done immediately after instilling each drop.
