-Acute pyelonephritis
-Inhalational anthrax, post-exposure

Levof BFS 250mg solution for infusion is administered by slow intravenous infusion once or twice daily. The dosage depends on the type and severity of the infection and the susceptibility of the presumed causative pathogen.
