- Children < 3 years old: 1-2 drops/ day 
- Children 1-3 years old  in case of high risk of vitamin D deficient in winter: 3 drops/day
- Infants and prematures baby: 2 drops/day consult a doctor or pharmacist before using
Using the spoon or directly dropping on mouth.
Do not use with heat milk or during meal due to reducing the effects.
