Treatment of acute heart failure

This drug is administered intravenously at a dose of 50 μg of milrinone per kg of body weight over 10 minutes, followed by intravenous infusion at 0.5 μg/kg per minute.
The intravenous infusion dose can be adjusted within the range of 0.25 to 0.75 μg/kg per minute depending on the patient's hemodynamics and clinical symptoms. Depending on the patient's condition, intravenous infusion may be used first.
