VNP baby spray is a saline solution used for washing the nose to relieve symptoms: stuffy nose, runny nose, allergic rhinitis.

Gently insert the nozzle into the nose to fit, press the nozzle quickly, so that the excess solution entails the mucus to drain out and blow the nose. Repeat with the other nose.
Rinse the nozzle with soap and dry. 
Use for daily hygiene.
