Duvita is used in the following cases:
- Maintenance therapy of hypermonia in patients with carbamylphosphate synthetase deficiency, or carbamyl transferase ornithin deficiency.
- Maintenance therapy for patients with hypermonia with blood citrulin, arginosuccinicuria.
- Supportive treatment of indigestion disorders.

Off-label Indication:

Maintenance of hypermagnesemia in patients with carbamylphosphate synthetase deficiency, or carbamyl transferase ornithin: 
• Infants: 100 mg / kg daily, in 3-4 divided doses. 
• Children from 1 month to 18 years of age: 100 mg / kg daily, divided into 3-4 doses. 
Maintenance therapy for patients with hypermonia in blood citrulin, urinary arginosuccinic: 
• Infants: 100-175 mg / kg / time; 3-4 times daily with food, adjust the dose according to response. 
• Children from 1 month to 18 years of age: 100-175 mg / kg / time; Use 3-4 times daily, with food, adjust the dose according to response. 
Supportive treatment of dyspepsia:
