Ganlotus is used in the following cases:
- Maintenance therapy of hypermonia in patients with carbamylphosphate synthetase deficiency, or carbamyl transferase ornithin deficiency.
- Maintenance therapy for patients with hypermonia with blood citrulin, arginosuccinicuria.
- Supportive treatment of indigestion disorders.

Off-label Indication:

– Maintenance treatment of hyperammonemia through enhancing the detoxification function of the liver and restoring it
arginine concentration in blood in patients with carbamylphosphate synthetase deficiency and ornithine deficiency
carbamyl transferase.
– Protects liver cells, reduces liver enzymes in the blood, and debilitates patients
– Maintenance treatment for hyperammonemic patients with citrulinemia and arginosuccinicuria.
– Supportive treatment of indigestion disorders.
– Supportive treatment to improve exercise capacity in people with stable cardiovascular disease.
– Nutritional supplement for people with urea cycle disorders such as hyperammonemia types I and II,
hypercitrulinemia, arginosuccinicuria and N-acetyl glutamate synthetase deficiency.
– Supports male physiological function, supports the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Dosage

Adult: 2 to 3 ampoules a day.

Child over 12 years old: 1 to 2 ampoules a day.

Method of administration

Ampoules should be taken diluted in a little water, preferably before meals.

The treatment time is limited to 15 days.
