Terbinafine hydrochloride 1% w/w
Spray
Using spray form, without direct contact with the affected area, will limit skin irritation and infection to healthy skin areas.
- The jet spray through the booster valve creates a micro-particle size, helping to penetrate deep into the fungal organization, interstitial fungi, etc. The contact surface is large, so it is suitable for large lesions.
- Fungal infections of the scalp (spray form easily penetrates the infected site and does not cause hair stickiness)
- Fungal infections caused by Trichophyton (e.g. T. rubrum, T. mentagrophytes, T. verrucosum, T. violaceum) and Epidermophyton floccosum
- Pathogenic yeasts infections, mainly caused by Candida (eg C. albicans)
- Vaginal fungus
- Tinea versicolor
Adults and children over 12 years old:
Dosage:
Apply once daily for 1 week.
Clinical symptoms usually improve within a few days of use. However, do not use intermittently, frequently discontinue, or stop treatment too early, as this may increase the risk of recurrence.
If there are no signs of improvement after 2 weeks, consult a healthcare professional.
Elderly: No evidence suggests that dosage reduction is necessary for this population.
Children under 12 years old: Consult a doctor.
How to use:
Clean and dry the affected area before applying Fungafin spray.
Spray a sufficient amount of Fungafin solution from a distance of about 5–10 cm to cover the affected area and surrounding regions.
